About us

We’re Lu & Simone, the hosts of ybf and two best friends from high school. We started ybf with the goal of bringing young adults together over good food & drinks and different hands-on activities while spotlighting incredible businesses throughout nyc.

We know how challenging it can be to build community and carve out quality time with friends as we navigate young adulthood in a busy city. Through our community events and private events, we aim to curate gatherings that invite people to be present, have a good time, and connect with friends - old and new.
